A conservator in private practice based in Philadelphia, Jonathan Stevens specializes in the conservation of furniture, wooden artifacts, picture frames, and architectural woodwork.

 

Jonathan earned his BFA in Painting at the Rhode Island School of Design and his MS in Art Conservation from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation.

 

He has worked extensively as a decorative artist in Philadelphia and has held positions in the conservation labs of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, and the Barnes Foundation.
