Sites Visited

Although the Covid-19 pandemic limited my ability to visit cultural instutions and historic sites during my third year of study at WUDPAC, I was fortunate to have the chance to enrich my education with the following visits:

  • Dia Beacon: The Dia foundation's collection of art from the 1960s to the present, located in Beacon, NY

  • Mass MoCA: One of the largest centers for contemporary visual and performing arts in the US, located in North Adams, MA.

  • Hancock Shaker Village: Historic shaker community located in Pittsfield, MA.

  • The Mount: Edith Wharton's home, located in Lenox, MA.
