Woodford Mansion Treatment
Jonathan is a second-year graduate fellow in furniture and wooden artifacts conservation at the Winterthur/ University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation. He earned his B.F.A. in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design and has worked extensively as a decorative artist in Philadelphia. Before beginning his graduate work at WUDPAC, Jonathan worked in the furniture conservation lab and frames studio at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and in the objects conservation labs of the Barnes Foundation and the penn Museum. His research interests include painted and gilded surfaces, historic craft recipes, and traditional woodworking.
